We are seeking a dedicated individual to join netgo tax, a key division within the netgo Group specializing in tailored services for tax consultancy firms, auditing companies, and their clients nationwide. With a primary focus on DATEV solutions, we provide comprehensive IT services, including cloud solutions, managed services, security, workplace optimization, data center management, network infrastructure, and software solutions, ensuring seamless digital transformation for our clients.

As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients, leveraging your expertise to design and implement tailored digital solutions. From optimizing IT environments to facilitating the transition to cloud-based systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and modernizing workplace environments. Additionally, through our customized managed services, you will provide invaluable support to internal IT departments, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Our commitment to client satisfaction extends beyond project completion. We offer ongoing consultation and proactive support, keeping clients informed about relevant updates and opportunities for further optimization.

Anforderungen


  • Strong and diverse IT expertise: Bring your technical prowess to the table and showcase your skills in various IT domains.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service desk role: Have you been the go-to problem solver for at least a year? We want to hear from you!

  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows client and server operating systems, and infrastructure fundamentals: Your familiarity with these systems will be invaluable in providing top-notch support.

  • Basic understanding of Citrix and Microsoft O365: A foundation in these platforms will set you up for success in addressing a range of technical issues.

  • Ideally familiar with ITIL service processes: While not essential, experience with ITIL processes would be a great bonus!

  • Experience in data center environments is advantageous: Have you worked in a data center before? Your expertise in this area would be highly beneficial.

  • Enjoyment of direct customer interaction: If you love connecting with people and helping them solve their problems, you'll feel right at home here!

  • Fluent in both German and English (C1 level): Seamless communication is key, so fluency in both languages will ensure you can connect with our diverse clientele effectively.
